Parking and Public Transport
View
- The venue has multiple car parks, some with Blue Badge parking available.

Getting Help and Assistance
View
- There is a designated safe space which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
- The designated safe space is located on level 6 of the West Stand.
- There is a water bowl available for assistance dogs.
- There is not a designated assistance dog spending area.
Stairs
- The stairs surveyed are located on the stadium concourse.
- The Lower Level, Middle Level and Upper Level can be accessed by these stairs.
- There are 20+ steps between floors.
- The steps are clearly marked and have handrails on both sides.
- The handrails are easy to grip.
- The handrails cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.
- The handrails extend horizontally beyond the first and last step.
- The height of the steps is between 15cm and 18cm.
- The height of the highest step is 16cm.
- The depth of the steps is not between 30cm and 45cm.
Escalators
- The escalators surveyed are located off the Lower Level Bars.
- The Lower Level to Middle Level are accessed by escalators.
- The escalator steps are clearly marked.
- The foot (bottom) and head (top) of the escalators are clearly marked.
Access To (Middle and Upper Levels via the Drums - East and West)
- The ramp gradient varies between slight and steep.
- The ramp is over 150cm wide with handrails on both sides.
- The Drums are located in the East and West Corners of the South Stand, they can provide step free access to the Middle and Upper Level of the Stadium.
The ramp is over a long distance.
If the ramp is not suitable, please speak to a member of staff about using the lift.
Stand
- There is step-free level access throughout the concourse.
- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- There is background noise in this area which varies depending on the function/event.
- There are baby changing facilities, ambulant toilets, standard toilets and toilets with adaptations available.
- There are food and drink counters situated along the concourse.
- There are not designated spaces for wheelchair users within this stand.
- There is no specific seating area for ambulant supporters so please contact the club for more information.
- Headsets for audio commentary can be used in this stand.

Access to the Main Spectator Seating

- There is step-free level access to the main spectator seating.
- There is step free access to Row 58, but the majority of rows are stepped access only.
Eating and Drinking (Touchline Bar - North Stand End)

- The Touchline Bar is in the centre of the concourse.
- This area has a counter where food and drink can be ordered and a bar where food and drink can be ordered.
- Full table service is not available.
- Menus are wall-mounted and digital.
