- The venue has multiple car parks, some with Blue Badge parking available.

Getting Help and Assistance

- There is a designated safe space which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
- The designated safe space is located on level 6 of the West Stand.
- There is a water bowl available for assistance dogs.
- There is not a designated assistance dog spending area.
Outer Concourse and Walkways (Whitton Road and Rugby Road)
- The surface of the paths around the stadium is a mixture of tarmac and concrete tiles.
There are some dropped kerbs to cross access roads.
There are some very slight and slight slopes in places. - There is step free access to the gates A, B, C, D, E and F.
- There is clear directional signage.
- There is a stadium plan/map.
- There is a steward available for assistance on a matchday.
Ticketing

Ticket Counter

- The ticket counter surveyed is located in the South Stand on Rugby Road.
- There is step-free access via slope to the counter.
- The slope has a slight gradient.
- There is a separate wheelchair accessible queue lane.
- The height of the counter is 95cm.
- There is a lowered section at the counter.
- The height of the lowered section is 77cm.
- The counter has patterned/distracting backgrounds and windows.
- There is a clearly signed fixed hearing assistance system.
- The hearing assistance system could not be tested at the time of the survey.
