Getting Help and Assistance

- There is a designated safe space which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
- The designated safe space is located on level 6 of the West Stand.
- There is a water bowl available for assistance dogs.
- There is not a designated assistance dog spending area.
Sensory Room Information
- The Allianz Stadium sensory room is on level 6 and is suitable for anyone with neurodiversity, cognitive impairment and sensory processing issues such as autism, ADHD, dementia or other neurological conditions.
- Supporters wishing to use the sensory room must be registered with our Personal Assistant (PA) scheme.
- The sensory room is limited to a capacity of five PA Members plus their carer/parent/guardian (10 people in total). For balloted England matches, you must apply for the PA ballot when launched, saying you want to use the room, and normal ballot criteria must be met.
