Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
  • There is a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
  • The alternative formats documents can be provided in include: large print on request.
  • There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
  • Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.

Ride/Attraction Experience

  • The attraction is divided into 3 areas.
    The area to the right after you enter is the kitchen.
    There are interactive touchscreens on the kitchen table.
    The height from the floor to the underside of the kitchen table is 60cm.
    The area to the left after you enter is the living room.
    There are interactive touchscreens to the left after you enter the living room and at either end of the sofa.
    The heights of the touchscreens range between 70cm, 85cm and 110cm.
    There is an interactive activity located in the drawer to the right of the sofa, at a height of 46cm.
    At the rear of the attraction is the garden area.
    The controls for the interactive sunflowers are 110cm from the floor.
    There are 10 steps which are 17cm in height and have a depth of 20cm to access the raised area.
    There is an interactive keyboard projected on the floor next to the raised area.
    The controls for the interactive dinosaur game are 65cm from the floor.
    In the Butterfly area, the height of the interactive segments are between 40cm and 80cm.
