- The Royal Carousel is located in Walliams World.

- Guests with a red ride access pass are required to ride with a carer over the age of 14 years.
- This ride has separate access for Ride Access Passes (via Main Exit) and Standard Passes.
- The minimum standing height restriction is 0.9m.
- Guests under 1.3m high must accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
- Guests can transfer from their own wheelchair into the ride vehicle. Guests can be supported to do this, but not carried.
- Due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to brace themselves with their feet and remain sitting up right.

- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- There is a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.

- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.

- The mobility aids available include wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

Ride Transfer

- The gate(s) is/are opened manually by staff.
- This ride/attraction platform access point is not signed.
- The gate opening width is 107cm.
- There are 2 steps up onto the carousel.
The steps are not clearly marked and are more than 20cm in height.
The horse saddle heights are approximately 102cm.
The horses have footrests and/or pegs to help guests climb onto them.
These are at heights of approximately 25cm and 55cm.
Alternatively there are carriages which guests have to step into.
The height of the step into the carriage is 33cm and the opening width is 36cm. - Guests have to step up and onto the carriage.
- The carriage is secure and will not move when guests are transferring.
- Staff are unable to provide assistance when transferring into/onto the ride/attraction but can hold the carriage to limit movement.
