Getting Help and Assistance

Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • Supporters are strongly advised not to drive to Emirates Stadium. The ground is situated in a mainly residential area with an extensive Event Day Parking Scheme in operation. Only car owners with resident's permits will be allowed to park on-street in the designated areas and any cars parked illegally will be towed away.
      There are changes to the traffic plans on days when matches are played. This is so the Metropolitan Police Service can safely manage travel to and from the stadium and reduce inconvenience, as far as possible, to people living nearby.

    • There is a car park at the stadium located beneath the ground. This car park is for ticket holders only and all parking bays must be booked in advance.

  • By Bus View

  • By Underground View
    • The nearest underground station is Arsenal.
    • Arsenal (Piccadilly Line) is the nearest tube station; around 3 minutes walk from the ground. However this station does not have step-free access from the platforms.
      Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly Lines and Great Northern Rail) and Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, North London Line and Great Northern Rail) stations are around a 10-minute walk - these should be slightly less crowded. These stations do not have step-free access from the platforms.
      Holloway Road station will be exit-only before and after matches, with pre-match eastbound trains non-stopping. This station does not have step-free access.

Outer Concourse

Introduction

  • The Sensory Room is located on Level 1 (Club Level) of the West Stand, between the Highbury Restaurant and the Champions Bar.
  • The Sensory Room is an area which helps children and young adults with sensory difficulties, complex learning difficulties and sensory challenges (such as autism) acclimatise to the noise, crowds and bustle of a busy matchday.
  • Matchday spaces will be allocated on a match-by-match basis. Younger Children will receive priority for afternoon matches and older children and will have priority for evening matches.
  • Supporters wishing to use the Sensory Room can be provided with either an autism story, a video walk through or an on site walk round of the sensory room.
  • The Sensory Room is open one hour before kick-off and there is the option to leave early to avoid the crowds.
  • Supporters wishing to apply for places in the Sensory Room can contact the club by email, telephone or write to the Disability Access Manager.

Outside Access (Media Entrance)
