EFL Championship Club Sheffield United has partnered with AccessAble; the UK’s leading provider of detailed disabled access information.
Sheffield United Football Club have worked in partnership with AccessAble to create Detailed Access Guides to 21 areas and 3 routes across Bramall Lane Stadium, including the Blades Superstore.
The Guides are 100 per cent facts, figures, and photographs to help fans and visitors plan their visit to Bramall Lane, covering everything from parking and hearing loops, to walking distances and accessible toilets.
We know everyone’s accessibility needs are different, which is why having detailed, accurate information is so important. It’s why all of the details you’ll find in the Guides have been checked in person, on site, by trained surveyors.
Dr Gregory Burke, Founder and Chair of AccessAble, said:
“We were delighted to work in partnership with Sheffield United Football Club to create Detailed Access Guides to the Bramall Lane. The AccessAble website and App will enhance the visitor experience for disabled people, helping more disabled people to enjoy a stadium visit confidently.”
Jon Helliwell, Disability Access & Liaison Officer from Sheffield United Football Club, said:
"We’re really pleased to be working with AccessAble and can see just how beneficial these access guides will be for many of our supporters visiting Bramall Lane on both matchdays and non-matchdays. Working with AccessAble continues to show our commitment to making Sheffield United as accessible and inclusive as possible, and we hope these guides will go a long way to continuing to support anyone wishing to visit Bramall Lane."
