Getting Help and Assistance

- To obtain mobility aids please contact staff in the theatre foyer as you enter.
- There is a designated place of safety which can be used by people who may feel scared or at risk.
- The place of safety is located in the meeting room at office level. Please ask a member of staff.
- Assistance Dogs are welcome in the venues. Assistance dogs may enter the auditorium, but this is show dependent. Staff can look after your dog during the performance, or arrange suitable seats with space for your dog to remain with you. For the welfare of the dogs, other customers and to maintain safe venue evacuation routes, dogs are only allowed within designated seating areas.
In the case of an emergency, if it is safe to do so, staff will try to return your dog to you prior to evacuating the building. If this is not possible, staff will bring your dog to the assembly point.

By Road

- The front of the theatre is located on the A900 Leith Walk, on the east side of the city centre, near its junction with the A1 London Road.
The A1 London Road links to the A720 The City of Edinburgh Bypass giving access from the East, South and West of the city. - The theatre does not have a car park and there is no on-street parking on Leith Walk. There is some pay and display parking on side streets in the area.
The nearest public car park is the Q-Park OMNI, which is situated below the OMNI Shopping and leisure complex to the right of the theatre. The car park has lift access. There are 9 Blue Badge bays.
Alternative parking may be found at the St James' Quarter. This is a large underground car park on three levels with lift access. There are 70 Blue Badge parking bays.
The theatre has special rates with these car parks.
