    • The designated seating within the theatre is located in the Circle, Row R. There are 4 spaces with carer seats next to the wheelchair positions.

    • Tickets are free for carers/companions if patrons have a nimbus card with a +1 symbol.
      Discounts are also available to nimbus card holders who are members of the venue's Access Membership Scheme.
      A nimbus card can be used as proof of eligibility to join the scheme.

    • Relaxed performances are usually available with reduced priced tickets however, not all relaxed performances will have reduced prices. Access concessions will still apply to those who are signed up to the Access Membership scheme.
    • Before the performance, there will be an explanation by someone to introduce everything that could happen.
      Sound levels will be reduced by 20%, and loud noises reduced.
      Lighting in the auditorium will be maintained at 40% throughout the performance.
      Warnings will be given of anything which may cause a shock during the performance.
      Theatre users are allowed to move around as they required, to make themselves more comfortable.
      Television screens in the foyer will relay the performance for anyone who needs to leave the main auditorium.
      Hand driers in toilets can be turned off.
      Some toilets may be designated gender neutral for some performances but this is not guaranteed.
