Getting In and Around

Getting Help and Assistance

- There is not a member of staff to welcome customers at the entrance.
- There is seating available.

- There is a designated safe space which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.

- British Sign Language can be provided virtually.
- Documents are available in the following formats: Braille (on request), large print (on request) and different languages (on request).

Other available formats can be requested via the branch and will be posted to the customer within 7 working days.
BSL interpreters can be arranged prior to an appointment via video call for some types of appointments. This can take place at the branch or at home. - There is not a water bowl available for assistance dogs.
