The Gaeltacht Quarter

  • Paths are tarmacked, with some trees, bollards and raised drain covers along the pavement.
  • Generally the area is not very hilly and slopes are slight.
  • Crossings of major roads include signal controlled crossings, with dropped kerbs and blister paving at major junctions.

  • There are not municipal toilets available in the Gaeltacht Quarter, but there are toilets available in the Kennedy shopping centre and in individual venues within the area.
