Getting To (The Acute Medical Assessment Unit and Frailty Assessment Unit)
- The Acute Medical Assessment Unit and Frailty Assessment Unit is/are located to the rear of the old Urgent Care Centre.
- Access to the Acute Medical Assessment Unit and Frailty Assessment Unit is via the old Urgent Care Centre entrance.
- Enter via the old Urgent Care Centre entrance and proceed straight ahead and through the double doors, to the right of reception.
Continue straight ahead to the end of the corridor and turn left.
The door into the Acute Medical Assessment Unit is on the left and the Frailty Assessment Unit will be on your right. - There is step free access to the Acute Medical Assessment Unit and Frailty Assessment Unit.
- The Acute Medical Assessment Unit and Frailty Assessment Unit is approximately 45m from the old Urgent Care Centre entrance.
- There are not resting areas along the route.
- Wayfinding signage is not provided.
- Dementia friendly signage is not provided.
- There is some flooring in corridors which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
