About Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust supports people across Berkshire to live healthier, more independent lives.

Our services cover physical health, mental health and community-based care, helping people of all ages access the support they need when they need it. We work with people throughout their healthcare journey, starting with prevention and early intervention and following through to treatment, recovery and ongoing support.

Much of our care is delivered in the community, treating people in their own homes or helping them access local health services. When more specialist or inpatient care is needed, we provide services from our hospitals and clinics across Berkshire. By working across a wide range of settings, we can support people, families and carers with both short-term and long-term health needs.

Our approach is centred on the needs of the people and communities we serve. We work closely with patients, carers, local organisations and healthcare partners to deliver services that are accessible, inclusive and responsive to local needs.
