    • Ackers Adventure is a prominent provider of outdoor adventure and recreational activities for people of all ages and abilities.
    • Facilities available in the venue include: archery, bellboating, bushcraft, canoeing and kayaking, climbing and abseiling, disc golf, orienteering, snowsports, tobogganing, tower drop, tubing and zip wire.

Entrance

  • There is a lowered section at the desk, however it is not at a suitable height for a wheelchair user .

Toilet with Adaptations (Left Hand Transfer)

    • The toilet surveyed is located through reception, turn left, past the female standard toilet and to the left.
    • The most accessible route to the toilet has step-free level access and manual doors.
    • There is step-free level access into the facility.
    • There is pictorial signage on or near the door.
    • The door opens outwards.
    • The width of the door opening is 84cm.
    • The door has a locking handle.

    • There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
    • There is a lateral transfer space to the left as you face the toilet, however it is obstructed.
