- Ackers Adventure is a prominent provider of outdoor adventure and recreational activities for people of all ages and abilities.
- Facilities available in the venue include: archery, bellboating, bushcraft, canoeing and kayaking, climbing and abseiling, disc golf, orienteering, snowsports, tobogganing, tower drop, tubing and zip wire.

Parking and Public Transport

- The venue has its own car park.
- The nearest train station is Small Heath.

Getting In and Around

- There is step-free level access at the most accessible entrance.
- There is step-free level access throughout the majority of areas.
- The following areas have step-free access via ramps or slopes: hill leading to the canal.
- Access throughout may include uneven surfaces.
- The following facilities are available: a seat/chair, a manual wheelchair and a water bowl for assistance dogs.
- Additional equipment which can be borrowed or hired includes: There are two wheelchairs which can be borrowed which are usually used for wheelchair abseiling.
- Additional facilities/services include: phone charging points and Wi-Fi.
- Staff receive the following training: First Aid.
- There is a bsl interpretor who works Monday to Wednesday.
Large print documents are available on request.
There is a member of staff who has completed an autism awareness training course.

Entrance

- The most accessible route to the toilet has step-free level access and manual doors.

- The lateral transfer space is 80cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
