    • The card payment machine is at a fixed height.
    • The card payment machine is at a height of 112cm.
    • There is a clearly signed fixed hearing assistance system.
    • The hearing assistance system was tested, however it was not working at the time of the survey.

  • Self-Service Touchscreens View
    • The self-service touchscreen surveyed was on the left hand side of the checkouts.

    • The height of the self-serve touchscreen display ranges from 116cm to 140cm from the floor.
    • The height of the scanner is 90cm.
    • The height of the packing area is 50cm.
    • The cash payment machine is at a height of 80cm.
    • The card payment machine is at a fixed height.
    • The card payment machine is at a height of 100cm.
    • Assistance is available at the self-serve checkouts.
