Getting Help and Assistance

- There are mobility aids available.
- The mobility aids available include wheelchairs.
- There is not a designated place of safety which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
- There is a changing places facility available in the Terminal Building, near the Arrivals Hall.

Immigration
- Immigration is located after International Arrivals.
- There is level access to Immigration.
- There are 8 manned gates to the right of the Immigration hall.
- Gate 8 is wider (170cm) and has a fixed hearing loop.
- Staff are trained to use the system.
- There is clear signage to separate people able to use the automated gates and those who must use the manned gates (shown in photograph 4).
- There are 10 automated e-gates to the left of the hall (shown in photographs 5-8).
- These gates are 76cm in width and can only be used by one person at a time. Families, passengers under 12, passengers with mobility difficulties, passengers with carers and non-EU citizens must use the manned desks.
- There is seating available, just before reaching the desks.
- Lighting levels are good.
- The floor surface is tiled.
