Introduction

  • The following information is for the Sunflower Route within the Immigration Hall at Bristol Airport.
  • The Sunflower Route will make it easier passing through Immigration with less queuing.
  • Wearing a sunflower lanyard at Bristol Airport enables staff to recognise that you have a hidden disability without you needing to declare it.
  • This allows you to travel independently through the airport whilst knowing that if you need any additional support during your journey, airport staff will be there to help you.

Sunflower Route: Immigration

  • Once entering the Immigration Hall from the flight arrival gates, turn towards the rear of the hall.
  • Then follow the 'All Other Passports' section and that is where the 'Sunflower Route' begins.
  • Follow the Sunflower symbols until you reach Immigration (Passport Control).
