    • Gate 1 was closed at time of survey (February 2020) whilst refurbishment is taking place.

    • Gate 2 is currently being used as a special assistance seating area until refurbishment is completed.

    • No flights are leaving from Gates 1 and 2 until works are completed in late March 2020.

Security To Gate 1

  • Depending on which security checkpoint you are located at, World Duty Free will be located to the right or straight ahead.
  • Enter World Duty Free from Security.
  • Follow the black tiled pathway and it will lead you all the way through to the Departure Lounge.
  • It's approximately 98m from Security to the Departure Lounge.
  • When you reach the end of World Duty Free and face the Departure Lounge, Gate 1 is located to the right.
  • Make your way towards the OCS area.
  • When you reach the OCS area Gate 1 is on the left hand side.
  • There is level access.

Gate 1

  • Gate 1 is located to the right of the Departure Lounge when entering through World Duty Free.
  • There is level access.
  • There is only priority seating available at this gate.
  • The floor surface at this gate is carpet.

Security To Gates 2-4

  • Depending on what security checkpoint you're located at, World Duty Free will be located to the right or straight ahead.
  • Enter World Duty Free from Security.
  • Follow the black tiled pathway and it will lead you all the way through to the Departure Lounge.
  • It is approximately 98m from Security to the Departure Lounge.
  • When you reach the end of World Duty Free and face the Departure Lounge, Gates 2-4 are located directly in front.
  • Gates 2-4 are approximately 10m from the World Duty Free Departure Lounge entrance.
  • There is level access.

Gates 2-4

  • Gates 2-4 are located in the middle of the Departure Lounge, straight ahead when entering through World Duty Free.
  • There is level access.
  • There is fixed seating available.
  • The floor surface at Gates 2-4 is tiled.

Accessible Toilet

  • The nearest accessible toilet is located within the Departure Lounge.

Standard Toilet(s)

  • The nearest standard toilets are located in the Departure Lounge.

Additional Info

  • Staff do receive disability awareness / equality training.
  • A member of staff trained in BSL skills is not generally on duty.
