Route from Security
- Depending on which security checkpoint you are located at, World Duty Free will be located to the right or straight ahead.
- When facing World Duty Free there is a corridor on the left hand side just before the entrance.
- Follow the corridor to the end (approximately 10m).
- At the end of the corridor there is a lift and stairs which lead up to the mezzanine level.
- Take the lift to the mezzanine level.
- Exit the Security lift and turn left towards the Aspire Lounge.
- Just before you reach the Aspire Lounge entrance turn right onto the wooden surface.
- Follow the wooden surface straight ahead to the end.
- Turn right when you reach the end of the wooden surface.
- Gates 8-16 will be on the left hand side.
- The Gates 8-16 entrance is approximately 38m from the Security lift.
- There is level access.
Outside Access (Gates 8-16 Entrance)
- This information is for the entrance located towards the rear of the mezzanine, on the right hand side.
- There is not level access into the venue.
- There are no doors at this entrance.

- Gate 16 is 450m from the main entrance.
- Immediately after the second set of doors at the main entrance, OCS leave a number of wheelchairs for passengers to use if they feel the distance to their gate is too far for them to walk.
- Passengers do not need permission to use the wheelchairs.
- The wheelchairs can be left outside any of Gates 8-16 and OCS will collect them at a later time.
- After entering through the second set of doors at the main entrance, when turning right there are two sets of automatic doors, and a number of manual, double width doors that are permanently held open up until Gate 16.

Level Changes

- At Gate 10 there is a moderate slope going up, with handrails on both sides.

Gates 8-16
- Gates 8-16 all have similar staircases leading down to the boarding areas.
- Gates 8 and 10 have lifts leading down to the boarding area.
- Some of the gates have more fixed seating available than others.
- Most of the boarding areas have priority seating available at the front, closest to the exit.
- The gates that are not accessible via the walkway / corridor can be overcome using alternative routes.
- Alternative routes would be via OCS at the Special Assistance Point.
