- Please note that the venue recommend audience members with a mobility related disability contact the Box Office team by phone on 0845 40 24 001 during opening hours, to make arrangements. .
- Tickets can be sent by post, and we can organise stewards to assist with access to the Auditorium/Main Hall including operation of the lifts. There is a very limited number of parking spaces available for audience members with disabilities – these must be pre-booked through the Box Office. The team can also book space for electric wheelchairs.
- For those with mobility related disabilities coming to a concert or an event we recommend access from the Charlotte Street entrance and into the Auditorium/Main Hall (those with tickets do not need to enter via the Box Office).
- TEMPORARY BOX OFFICE ACCESS (TO SPRING 2018): Please note due to works for our ‘Building a Sound Future’ project, the Box Office entrance has changed. Works include improvements to access which from spring 2018 means St George’s will have step-free access. Access from Charlotte Street involves fewer steps.
