Accessibility Overview

AX ODYCY offers generally good accessibility throughout the resort, with step-free access at the main entrance and across most key areas, supported by lifts and ramps where required. All 600 bedrooms have step-free access, including 18 adapted bedrooms, which feature accessible ensuites with wheel-in showers.

The resort has Blue Badge parking bays and a designated drop-off point, although parking charges apply to Blue Badge holders. There are nine adapted toilets located throughout the resort, alongside accessible facilities serving the pool, gym, spa and other leisure areas. 

Assistance dogs are welcome, and equipment including a portable hoist, medication fridge and vibrating pillows can be borrowed or hired. Guests should be aware that some areas include slopes or ramps, manual doors, patterned or shiny flooring, and varying lighting levels. There is no hearing assistance system available.
