Toilet and Changing Facilities

  • Toilet Facilities View
    • There are 7 toilets with adaptations.
    • The toilets with adaptations are located on Level 1 in the Blue Elephant Restaurant, on Level 1 in the Conference Centre, on Level 3 in the indoor pool changing area, on Level 3 near the Oceana Restaurant, on Level 3 in the Merkanti Beach Club, on Level 5 in the lobby area and on Level 9 in the Executive Lounge. .
    • The transfer space varies between left and right in the toilets with adaptations.
    • Female and male step-free standard toilet facilities are located in the same areas as the toilets with adaptations, and also next to the Neba Restaurant.
  • Changing Facilities View
    • Changing facilities with adaptations are located in the indoor pool changing area.
    • Standard changing facilities are located in the indoor pool changing area, next to the gym, next to the Neba Restaurant and in the Merkanti Beach Club.
    • Parent and baby changing facilities are located within the toilets with adaptations, except in the Executive Lounge.
  • Washroom and Shower Facilities View
    • Shower facilities with adaptations are located in the indoor pool changing area.
    • Standard shower facilities are located in the gym changing area, in the indoor pool changing area, next to the Neba Restaurant, in the Merkanti Beach Club and near the main pool.

Pools (Main, Splash, Infinity and Merkanti Beach Club)

  • Pool 1 View
    • The main pool and children's splash pool is located are located on Level 3.
    • There is an automatic door and a slight ramp to access the pool area from the hotel.
    • This is an outdoor pool.
    • There is step-free level access throughout the majority of this area.
    • The following areas have stepped access: the poolside showers.
    • Seating available around the pool includes: chairs with armrests and sun loungers.
    • There is not an emergency alarm poolside.
    • Access into the water is via 6 steps.
    • There is a handrail on the right going down.
    • The handrail is easy to grip.
    • The steps are clearly marked.
    • The pool is not staffed and does not have a lifeguard.
    • Additional facilities include: a jacuzzi, a children's pool, poolside showers and a bar.
    • There is stepped access to the jacuzzi.
  • Pool 2 View
    • The infinity pool is located on Level 3, to the left hand side of the main pool.
    • There is an automatic door and a slight ramp to access the pool area from the hotel.
    • There is a steep ramp to access the infinity pool from the upper/main pool area.
    • This is an outdoor pool.
    • There is step-free level access throughout the majority of this area.
    • The following areas have step-free access via ramps: the infinity pool from the main pool.
    • Seating available around the pool includes: sun loungers.
    • There is not an emergency alarm poolside.
    • Access into the water is via 7 steps.
    • There is a handrail on the left going down.
    • The handrail is easy to grip.
    • The handrail does not cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.

    • The pool is not staffed and does not have a lifeguard.
  • Pool 3 View
    • The Merkanti Beach Club pool is located to the right hand side of the Merkanti Beach Club bar and restaurant, to the rear of the main pool area.
    • There is an automatic door and a slight ramp to access the pool area from the hotel, then a lift to access the Merkanti Beach Club.
    • There are steep ramps to access the pool area in the Merkanti Beach Club.
    • This is an outdoor pool.
    • There is step-free level access throughout the majority of this area.
    • The following areas have stepped access: some of the sun lounger decks.
    • Seating available around the pool includes: sun loungers.
    • There is not an emergency alarm poolside.
    • Access into the water is via 4 steps.
    • There is a handrail on the right going down.
    • The handrail is easy to grip.
    • The handrail covers the flight of stairs throughout its length.
    • The steps are clearly marked.

Reception (Gym)
