- Pine Cliffs Village pool is located in the grounds of the resort, to the rear of the T1 - T20 Terraces.
- There is stepped access along some of the paths leading to the pool.
- There is not step-free access along any route due to empty water trays with a depth of 14cm.
- This is an outdoor pool.
- There is step-free level access throughout the majority of this area.
- The following areas have step-free access via ramps: some sun loungers.
- Seating available around the pool includes: sun loungers.
- There is not an emergency alarm poolside.
- Access into the water is via 6 steps.
- There is a central handrail.
- The handrail is easy to grip.
- The handrail does not cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.
