Introduction

  • Services / facilities within the building include student accommodation.
  • Stockwell Hall is within the Lancaster Complex, north of the central promenade and west of the Sports Centre.
    The Blue Badge bays outside the Hall are accessed via the main university entrance and then an unnamed access road off the North Loop Road.
    The closest car park with standard bays is the Sports Centre Car Park.
  • The Bishop Hall reception (Bishop Complex) is the closest reception, however this has been closed since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
    The Concourse Hall reception on the west side of campus, approximately 600 metres from Stockwell Hall, is now used for the accommodation. It is located within the Isambard Complex at the end of the central pedestrianised promenade through campus.
    The closest assembly point to Stockwell Hall is 21, located on the central promenade.
    The closest launderette is close to the entrance of Lancaster Hotel and Spa, approximately 80 metres from the Stockwell Hall entrance.

Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • From the M25, turn off at junction 16 onto the M40 and follow this road onto the A40.
      Continue along the A40 until you reach a roundabout and turn right onto the B483 and follow this to the end and turn left onto Hillingdon Road.
      Then, following signs for Brunel University, turn left onto Kingston Lane.
    • There are site/campus car parks available on the university campus that require a permit or are pay and display. Blue Badge holders can park for free.
  • By Bus View
    • There are several buses that run to Brunel University with a bus stop right outside the entrance to the university. The bus services that run are the U1, U2, U4, U5, U7, A10 and the 222.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest train station is West Drayton which is approximately a 15 minute journey from Brunel University. From the station, U3, U5 or 222 buses or a taxi can take you to the university.
  • By Underground View
    • The nearest underground station is Uxbridge Station which is approximately a 10 minute journey via the U1, U3, U4 or U7 bus services or taxi.
