Introduction

  • Services / facilities within the building include office spaces and various study/ teaching rooms.
    The building is linked with the Michael Sterling building via the central lobby / breakout space on the ground floor.
    The signage does not make this very clear, apart from directional signage by some stairs or entrances.
    There are 8 further accessible toilets within the Michael Sterling side of the building, but the lift was out of order at the time of survey making most inaccessible (March 2022).
  • The ground floor has an open lobby / breakout space, a computer lab, a room with the STEM Centre Immersive Dome and various office spaces.
    The first floor is signed 'Computer Sciences' and has a computer lab by the lift. The first and second floors have meeting, study and teaching rooms.
    The third floor has various study / meeting rooms as well as research labs.

Location of Toilet/Changing Facilities

Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • From the M25, turn off at junction 16 onto the M40 and follow this road onto the A40.
      Continue along the A40 until you reach a roundabout and turn right onto the B483 and follow this to the end and turn left onto Hillingdon Road.
      Then, following signs for Brunel University, turn left onto Kingston Lane.
    • There are site/campus car parks available on the university campus that require a permit or are pay and display. Blue Badge holders can park for free.
  • By Bus View
    • There are several buses that run to Brunel University with a bus stop right outside the entrance to the university. The bus services that run are the U1, U2, U4, U5, U7, A10 and the 222.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest train station is West Drayton which is approximately a 15 minute journey from Brunel University. From the station, U3, U5 or 222 buses or a taxi can take you to the university.
  • By Underground View
    • The nearest underground station is Uxbridge Station which is approximately a 10 minute journey via the U1, U3, U4 or U7 bus services or taxi.

Building Parking
