Cambridge Live Tickets Box Office
- The box office is located to the right of Parsons Court as you face the Corn Exchange.
- There is a slight slope at the front of the entrance.
- The paving at the entrance is uneven in places.
- There are automatic doors to the box office.
- The doors are double and have an opening width of 130cm.
- There is a touch pad on both sides of the entrance at a height of 90cm.
- There is level access to the box office counter.
- The counter for the box office is 110cm high with a lowered section at 72cm high.
- There is no hearing loop system for the counter.
- A chair can be provided if required.
Cambridge Live Tickets Box Office Opening Times
- The box office is open on event days only, from 18:00 - 20:00/21:00.
- Please contact the venue for clarification on the exact closing time for the day in question.
- On matinee performance days, the venue opens 1 hour before the show start time and closes 1 hour after the show start time.
- The exact times will vary depending on the show and information will be posted on the venue website to confirm exact hours.
