Outside Access (Reserve Entrance - Gamlingay Road)
- There is level access into the venue.
- The main door(s) open(s) both ways.
- The door(s) is / are single.
- The door(s) is / are heavy.
- The width of the door opening is 120cm (3ft 11in).

- Alternative access, leading to the southern end of the wood, is via the permissive path from Long Lane (next to Gamlingay parish allotments).
- This alternative route travels through fields following natural and uneven surfaces which may be muddy during wet weather. .
Reserve and Pathways
- There is an information point located straight ahead from the reserve entrance.
- There are easy, moderate and steep slopes at various points along the trails.
- The surface of the pathways along the trails are compacted earth, loose chippings and grass.
- There is a 3km trail named Rippengals Walk in the reserve.
- The pathways are uneven in places and very muddy during poor weather.
- Bench seating is located along the trail.
- There is a single gate, that opens towards you, is heavy and 120cm wide to access Sugley Wood.
