    • Guests who would find it difficult to exit the ride without assistance, in the unlikely event of an evacuation, will need to be accompanied by a member of their group. Group members providing assistance need to be over the age of 16.
    • This ride has separate access for Ride Access Passes and Standard Passes.
    • Guests under 1.3m high must accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
    • This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
    • This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for expectant mothers.
    • Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
    • Only certain areas of the ride are wheelchair accessible.
    • For safety reasons, due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to keep their head upright without assistance.
    • Due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to brace themselves with their hands and / or feet and remain sitting upright. Guests also need to be able to exit the ride independently / with assistance from a member of their group, in the unlikely event of an evacuation.
    • Guests who have a plaster cast or brace should seek medical advice before choosing to ride. If guests choose to ride they should check they can meet the rides safety requirements.
    • This ride/attraction is not suitable for Adventurers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back problems, or neck problems.

      Adventure Tree Carousel is wheelchair accessible.

      This ride is suitable for ambulant and non-ambulant Adventurers.
      Non-ambulant Adventurers are only permitted to sit on an animal if they are assisted by 2 carers and lifted easily.
      Adventurers must be able to hold on tight.

Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
  • There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
  • Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
  • There are mobility aids available.
  • The mobility aids available include wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
  • To obtain mobility aids please contact Guest Services.
  • There is not a designated place of safety which can be used by people who may feel scared or at risk.
  • All staff undertake Disability Awareness and Equality Training.

    • The restraints for this ride/attraction include: seat belts.
    • Some of the animals have seat belt restraints. Some rides like the teacups have no restraints.
