- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.

- In the unlikely event of an evacuation, the process may include climbing ladders, walking over narrow balconies and being strapped into a harness. For this reason it is not suitable for all guests.
- Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
- In the unlikely event of an evacuation, the evacuation process requires guests to walk 25 m + independently.
- Only certain areas of the ride are wheelchair accessible.
- Due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to brace themselves with their hands and / or feet and remain sitting upright. Guests also need to be able to exit the ride independently / with assistance from a member of their group, in the unlikely event of an evacuation.
- This ride/attraction is not suitable for those with fear of heights, or Adventurers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, broken limbs, back problems or neck problems.

There are indoor and outdoor animal viewing areas that range from 52cm to 92cm high.
There is a play area for children which has a rubber bark surface, a slide, climbing equipment and a treetop climbing area (photographs 12-18).
The gate into the play area is 173cm wide and is permanently held open. - The area is accessible for wheelchair users with assistance due to the slopes of the natural landscape.
The treetop climbing area is not accessible for wheelchair users. - There are some features in this area which could cause a potential trip hazard.
- The surface throughout consists of stone, wood, concrete and rubberised bark.
- The floor surface may be uneven in places.
- The floor can become slippery when wet.
- During busy periods this area can become congested.
