- The maximum standing height restriction is 1.4m.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
- Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
- In the unlikely event of an evacuation, the evacuation process requires guests to walk 25 m + independently.
- Guests who have a plaster cast or brace should seek medical advice before choosing to ride. If guests choose to ride they should check they can meet the rides safety requirements.
- This ride includes dark spaces and as a result may not be suitable for all guests.
- This ride/attraction is not suitable for Adventurers who cannot walk unaided and those under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

- Amputees must be under 1.4m.
If an amputee can enter and exit the ride unassisted then they are permitted to use the attraction. - Adventurers under 0.9m must play in the designated toddler area only.
Adventurers between 0.9m and 1.4m must play in the junior zone only.

- There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- There are mobility aids available.
- The mobility aids available include wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
- To obtain mobility aids please contact Guest Services.
- There is not a designated place of safety which can be used by people who may feel scared or at risk.
- All staff undertake Disability Awareness and Equality Training.

The barrier can be moved if needed to extend the width of the opening.
Dragon's Playhouse
- This is a soft play area for children under the supervision of their parents.
- The area consists of various slides, inflatable climbing equipment and trampolines.
- There is a seating area to sit and watch.
- The height of the seats are between 54cm and 70cm.
- The step up onto the inflatable trampoline is 55cm high.
