- This ride has separate access for Reserve and Ride, Ride Access Passes (via Main Exit) and Standard Passes.
- The minimum standing height restriction is 0.9m.
- Guests under 1.2m high must accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for expectant mothers.
- Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
- Wheelchair users must be able to transfer from their own chair into the ride vehicle without assistance.
- For safety reasons, due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to keep their head upright without assistance.
- This ride/attraction is not suitable for Adventurers with high blood pressure, broken limbs, for those with a leg amputation or arm amputations above the elbow, Adventurers with leg, arm or wrist casts, or those using a moonboot.

- To experience this ride, Adventurers must be able to sit upright unaided, with full upper body strength, including head and neck control, and be able to support their own bodyweight and brace themselves against the ride’s forces.
Adventurers can be non-ambulant to experience this ride.
Non-ambulant Adventurers should have a minimum of 2 companions. One MUST be on the ride. The second companion can either ride with them or wait by the ride exit to assist if required. - For disabled access, Adventurers should contact the ride operator via the ride exit.
Empty wheelchairs can be left on the platform near the ride exit gate, ensuring the emergency exit route is clear.
