- Room on the Broom - A Magical Journey is located in Chessington Zoo.

- This ride has separate access for Standard Passes and Ride Access Passes.
- Guests under 1.1m high must accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
- Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
- Only certain areas of the ride are wheelchair accessible.
- Guests who have a plaster cast or brace should seek medical advice before choosing to ride. If guests choose to ride they should check they can meet the rides safety requirements.
- This ride includes strobe lighting, flashing lights, smoke/mist/fog effects, loud noises and dark spaces and as a result may not be suitable for all guests.
- This ride/attraction is not suitable for Adventurers with heart conditions, high blood pressure, photo-sensitive epilepsy or conditions affected by strobe lighting, conditions affected by smoke or fog effects, claustrophobia, and people under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

This attraction is dark and uses strobe and UV lighting throughout.
This attraction has tight corridors. Adventurers in larger wheelchairs or mobility scooters should speak to a host prior to entry.
Non-ambulant Adventurers must enter with a companion.

At the entrance corridor there is a steep upwards ramp with no handrails (photographs 10-12).

There is an additional steep ramp with low lighting as you make your way through the experience (photographs 13-15).
There is also a steep downwards slope as you enter the wood-themed area which has no handrails (photograph 16).
