- This ride has separate access for Reserve and Ride, Ride Access Passes and Standard Passes.
- The minimum standing height restriction is 0.9m.
- Guests under 1.1m high must accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for expectant mothers.
- In the unlikely event of an evacuation, the process may include climbing ladders, walking over narrow balconies and being strapped into a harness. For this reason it is not suitable for all guests.
- Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
- Wheelchair users must be able to transfer from their own chair into the ride vehicle without assistance.
- For safety reasons, due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to keep their head upright without assistance.
- This ride/attraction is not suitable for Adventurers with high blood pressure, broken limbs, those with motion sickness, Adventurers with leg casts above the knee or those with arm or wrist casts, and those under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Adventurers can ride if non-ambulant, but must be able to:
Wheelchair users must be able to transfer unaided.
Wheelchair users between 0.9m – 1.1m can be assisted onto the ride by the carer.
Adventurers must be able to hold themselves upright without assistance from a carer for the duration of the ride.

The stepped gate is 67cm wide and only opens halfway (photograph 14).
There are 2 steps at this gate, the first one is 8cm high and the second is 11cm high. - Wheelchairs are not permitted in/on the ride/attraction itself.
