- This ride has separate access for Standard Passes and Ride Access Passes.
- Guests under 1.1m high must accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
- The maximum chest size restriction is 129 inches.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for expectant mothers.
- Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
- Wheelchair users must be able to transfer from their own chair into the ride vehicle without assistance.
- For safety reasons, due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to keep their head upright without assistance.
- Guests who have a plaster cast or brace should seek medical advice before choosing to ride. If guests choose to ride they should check they can meet the rides safety requirements.

- This ride is suitable for ambulant and non-ambulant Adventurers.
Ride Access Pass users are allowed one truck per access pass.
Adventurers who are non-ambulant are permitted, but must meet the following conditions:
Wheelchair users must be able to transfer unaided.
Adventurers must be able to hold themselves upright without assistance from a carer for the duration of the ride.
Adventurers must be able to brace against the ride forces.
Ride Access Pass (or RAP) users should enter via the Priority entrance.
Wheelchairs can be left in the buggy park or secure them just outside the gate/area. - View Information on Prosthetics and limb restrictions.

- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.

- There is not a designated place of safety which can be used by people who may feel scared or at risk.
