- Guests with a red ride access pass are required to ride with a carer over the age of 14 years.
- This ride has separate access for Standard Passes and Ride Access Passes (via Main Exit).
- The minimum standing height restriction is 0.9m.
- Guests under 1.3m high must accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for expectant mothers.
- Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
- Guests need to be able to transfer into the ride vehicle, this can be with assistance from a member of their group.
- Due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to brace themselves with their hands and / or feet and remain sitting upright.
- Guests who have a plaster cast or brace should seek medical advice before choosing to ride. If guests choose to ride they should check they can meet the rides safety requirements.
- This ride/attraction is not suitable for Adventurers with high blood pressure, motion sickness and those under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

- There is not a designated place of safety which can be used by people who may feel scared or at risk.

Ride Transfer

- The gate(s) is/are opened manually by staff.
- This ride/attraction platform access point is not signed.
- The gate opening width is 110cm.
- Beyond the gate, there is a very slight upward slope followed by a single 18cm high step leading down to the ride loading area.
The slope does not overcome the step. - Guests have to step up and into the carriage.
- The carriage may move slightly when guests are transferring.
- Staff are unable to provide assistance when transferring into/onto the ride/attraction but can hold the carriage to limit movement.
- The restraints for this ride/attraction include: lap bars.

Ride Transfer

- This ride/attraction platform access point is signed.
- The gate opening width is 105cm.
- Beyond the gate, there is a slight upward slope followed by a single 18cm high step leading to the ride loading area.
The slope does not overcome the step. - Wheelchairs are not permitted in/on the ride/attraction itself.
- Wheelchairs can be left at the ride/attraction transfer platform/area.
- Guests have to step up and into the carriage.
- The carriage may move slightly when guests are transferring.
- Staff are unable to provide assistance when transferring into/onto the ride/attraction but can hold the carriage to limit movement.
- The restraints for this ride/attraction include: lap bars.
- A dodgem car can be brought to the edge of the ride area for easier transfer.
This overcomes the step mentioned above and requires the rider to step down into the ride vehicle rather than up.

- The opening width is 105cm.
- There is a single 18cm high step, followed by a slight upward slope leading from the ride loading area to the exit gate.
The slope does not overcome the step. - A dodgem car can be brought to the edge of the ride area for easier transfer.
This overcomes the step mentioned above and requires the rider to step up out of the ride vehicle rather than down.
