Access Guide
Airport Transfer Overview
- When you book a package holiday with Crystal, your airport to resort transfer is included.
- To arrange accessible transport, contact Crystal when you book your holiday using the information on the Crystal Ski Holidays Assisted Travel FAQ (link opens in a new window).
- Guest information will be provided in advance and is accessible via the Crystal Ski Explorer app.
- Find out more about the Crystal Ski Explorer App and download it via the Crystal website (link opens in a new window).
- Guests will receive a text message with information about their transfer when they land. Information will also be available in the Crystal Ski Explorer app
- Crystal reps will be available at the airport to answer any questions.
Airport Transfer - Pick Up and Drop Off
- Depending on the season and weather, the drop off and pick up point may be at the front of the hotel on ground level.
- The drop off and pick up point for the hotel at the time of survey was located on the D221.
- This area is on the lowest level of the hotel (-3) and is also the access point for the car park.
- If further assistance is required on arrival, there is an intercom system at this point.
- The following information is for a private transfer to/from Geneva Airport, access may be different at other terminals, airports and for different transfer options.
- Arrivals at the airport is on the ground level.
- There is step-free level access and to the transfer parking.
- There is tactile paving throughout.
- There are several exits with automatic doors.
- Departures at the airport is on the upper level.
- There are several entrances with automatic doors.
- There is tactile paving throughout.
- There are lifts, stairs and escalators to security and departures.

Airport Transfer - Hotel Entrance
- This entrance is located at the drop off and pick up point.
- The approach to the entrance has uneven surfaces.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at the entrance.
- There is step-free access via a slope at the entrance.
- The slope gradient varies between slight and steep.
- There is an intercom at a height of 145cm.
- There is a single manual door.
- The door opens towards you.
- The door is easy to open.
- The width of the opening is 89cm.
- There is a small lip on the threshold of the opening.
- The door has a low colour contrast.
- There is a second, single manual door.
- The door opens towards you.

- The entrance is usually kept open for guests.
