Access Guide
Getting around the Resort
- Beito Resort Hotel is located in the ski resort of Beitostølen.
- The hotel is situated on Country Road 51 (Fylkesvei 51), with easy access to the village and the ski lifts.
- The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the village centre, Beitostølen Aktiv & Skiskole (Ski School), and the equipment hire shop.
- The following facilities are available in the village centre: numerous ski equipment shops, a ski school, an equipment hire shop, a lift pass office, shops and supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, a bank, ATMs, chairlifts, and a drag lift.
- Public toilets with standard and accessible facilities are available on the ground floor of the main building in the village centre, and near the slopes next to the lift pass office.
- The most accessible route from the hotel involves slopes that are easy, and road crossings.
- The majority of venues in the resort recognise the Sunflower Lanyard
- The bus stop is located outside Steak & Bones just off the main road, and offers a limited free shuttle service to the Raudalen ski area.
- The Raudalen ski area has a building at the bottom of the slope with shared standard toilets and self-service food and drink.
- Food and drink in Raudalen is paid for online via a QR code in the building.
Entrance (Velkomstsenter Entrance - Tourist Information Centre)
- This entrance is located at the front of the Velkomstsenter, on the left hand side of the main building in the centre of the village.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is not a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at the entrance.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There are double automatic doors.
- The doors open by sliding.
- The width of the opening is 103cm.
- The doors have a low colour contrast.
Counter (Crystal Ski Holidays Rep)
- The counter is located in the Velkomstsenter, to the rear left as you enter.
- The distance from Velkomstsenter entrance is 7m.
- The most accessible route to the counter has step-free level access.
- There are no doors to open along the most accessible route.
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 100cm.
- There is a lowered section at the counter.
- The height of the lowered section is 76cm.
- The card payment machine is at a height of 107cm.

- This counter is also the Velkomstsenter counter.
