Access Guide
Airport Transfer Overview
- Airport to Resort transfers can be arranged via Crystal Ski Holidays as part of your booking.
- Standard transfer is by coach.
- Accessible transport can be arranged for Crystal guests, this is usually by adapted minibus.
- To arrange accessible transport, contact Crystal when you book your holiday using the information on the Crystal Ski Assisted Travel FAQ (link opens in a new window)
- Guest information will be provided in advance and is accessible via the Crystal Ski Explorer app.
- Find out more about the Crystal Ski Explorer app and download it via the Crystal website (link opens in a new window)
- Crystal guests will receive a text message with information on the pickup point when they land. Information will also be available in the Crystal Ski Explorer app
- Crystal reps will be available at the airport, and during the coach transfer, to answer any questions.
Airport and Transfers - Coach
- The coach drop off and pick up point for the hotel is located in front of Steaks & Bones.
- This area is to the front left of the hotel, just off the main road.
- The following information is for Oslo Airport (Gardermoen).
- Arrivals at the airport is on the lower level.
- There are lifts, stairs, and escalators to access security, baggage reclaim, and the arrivals hall.
- There is step-free level access to the transfer parking and there are no roads to cross.
- There are several exits with automatic doors.
- Departures at the airport is on the main level.
- There are several entrances with automatic doors.
- There is step-free level access to security and departures.
- There is an easy gradient leading down to passport control, which has a priority lane for wheelchair users and their family and companions.

- The private taxi drop off and pick up point for the hotel is located in front of the hotel entrance.
