Darent Valley Hospital opened in September 2000 and serves a growing population of around 500,000 people, with approximately 463 inpatient beds. Parking on site is limited, so visitors are encouraged to use public transport or taxis where possible. Convenient drop-off areas are available at the hospital entrance for those needing assistance.
