- The Higher Education Hub (Student Services) is a small building with a single floor. This building is now used for Student Services.

Getting Inside
- There are uneven surfaces on approach to the Higher Education Hub (Student Services).

The main entrance has step-free access via slight ramp and has double automatic doors. . - The main entrance is signed as the Meeting Hub.
The entrance located towards the right of the building is signed as Maritime and Higher Education Students Only.
The rear entrance is signed as the Meeting Hub. . - The main entrance provides access to the ground floor of the building in the teaching area.
- The Maritime and Higher Education Students Only entrance provides step-free access via a slight slope and a set of manual double doors.
The rear entrance provides step-free access via a steep ramp with a handrail to the left which bypasses the steps and has a set of manual double doors. .
Getting Around
- There is step-free access throughout the building. .
- Some parts of the circulation area are hard and smooth and have a shiny finish.
- Seats without armrests are located throughout the building. There is also a singular armchair in the main teaching area.
There are mats in the circulation and teaching area of the building which may serve as trip hazards. Some of these mats are patterned. . - There is no wayfinding signage in the building.
- There are no manual doors in the circulation areas. .
