Getting Inside
- There are uneven surfaces on approach to the building across the car park.
There is a zebra crossing between the Tower Block south entrance and the main entrance of the East Coast Sports and Fitness Centre. - On approach from St Peter's Street there is a zebra crossing across part of the car park followed by a very long slight slope with handrails on both sides on approach to the building entrance.
This slope often has bicycles attached to the left handrail which can serve as an obstruction. - There is a single entrance to the building.
It is accessed via a steep slope and has a set of double automatic doors that open towards you.
A key card is required to access the building. - The entrance is not signed.
- The entrance provides step-free access via a steep slope into the ground floor.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on both floors.
