Getting To The Hospital (Pendle Community Hospital)

  • By Road View
    • The hospital is located to the North East of Nelson, just off the A56 (Leeds Road) and approximately 1 km from junction 13 of the M65.

      If travelling via the M65, leave the M65 at Junction 13 onto the A682, Scotland Road heading towards Nelson. At the traffic lights in the town centre turn left onto the A56 (Leeds Road) and the hospital is on the left after 180 metres.

      From Burnley, take the A682 Manchester Road from Burnley towards Nelson. At the central traffic lights, turn right and follow the road to the roundabout, then take the 1st turning (left). Turn right at traffic lights into Leeds Road, and the hospital is 180 metres on the left.
    • The Hospital has its own car park at the front of the building. There are Blue Badge Bays available in this car park. There are parking charges which apply in this car park, these charges also apply to Blue Badge permit holders.
  • By Bus View
    • The nearest bus stops are on Leeds Road, approximately 130 metres away. The services that stop at these stops are the number 931, 934, M1 Mainline, M2, Mainline, M3 Mainline and M4 Mainline.
