Departures Gates 18-23

  • There is step free access to Departure Gates 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23.
  • The height of the desks is 135cm.
  • Staff can come around the desk to check a passengers documentation if needed.
  • There are automatic doors leading from the Departure Gates to the tarmac.

Ambulift

  • The ambulift is used for passengers who are unable to board the aircraft via the steps.
  • Please contact the Passenger Assistance Desk for more information.
  • There is a fold down lift which is located at the rear of the vehicle.
  • The lift is operated by a member of staff.
  • The dimensions of the lift are 160cm x 225cm.
  • There is fixed seating and space for wheelchair users.
  • The ambulift is raised up to the level with the airplane doors, where the passengers are moved on to the airplane.
