    • Marlborough Cricket Club is a family cricket club for all ages and abilities, located in Marlborough, Wiltshire.

    • There is not a toilet with adaptations available.
    • The male and female step-free toilet facilities are located to the left hand side of the bar in the pavilion.
    • Standard changing facilities are located to the left hand side of the bar in the pavilion, or via stepped access from the front patio.
    • Standard shower facilities are located in the Away changing room and next the the Home changing room.
    • Parent and baby changing facilities are located in the Umpires room, next to the Home changing room.

Parking

  • The car park is located on both sides of the pavilion.
  • The car park is open air/surface.
  • There are no designated Blue Badge parking bays available.
  • This car park is for visitors only.
  • Parking is free for all users.

Entrance

  • This entrance is located at the front of the pavilion.
  • There is step-free access via a portable ramp at the entrance.
  • The ramp is under 75cm wide with no handrails.
  • The ramp bypasses the step.
  • There is 1 step which is unmarked, with no handrails.
  • The doors open towards you.
  • The width of the opening is 110cm.
  • The door has a low threshold. There is a threshold ramp available.
  • There is step-free level access as you enter.

Changing Area (Home)

  • Changing Area View
    • The shared changing area was surveyed.
    • The changing area is located to the right hand side, after entering.
    • The most accessible route to the changing area has a step and manual doors.
    • There is step-free level access into the changing area.
    • The door opens inwards.
    • The width of the door opening is 75cm.
    • Facilities in this area include: a changing bench.
    • The coat hooks are 175cm high.
    • The baby changing facilities are located in the Umpire's room, next to the Home changing room.

Standard Shower Facilities

  • The standard shower facilities surveyed are located to the left hand side of the Away changing room.
  • The most accessible route has a step and manual doors.
  • There is step-free access via a very easy slope into the showers.
  • The width of the door opening is 100cm.
  • The shower has a fixed shower head.
  • The shower controls are lever mixer.
  • There is a shower curtain at the doorway.
  • There is a detachable grab rail and a shower seat available.

Eating and Drinking (The Pavilion Bar)

  • Location and Service View
    • The pavilion bar is located immediately ahead upon entering the pavilion.
    • The most accessible route has a ramp or slope and manual doors.
    • This area has a bar where drinks can be ordered and staff who can provide assistance with ordering.
    • Menus are wall-mounted and available on a board.
    • The following are available: drinking straws and takeaway cups.
    • There is not a hearing assistance system.
  • Order and Payment View
    • The bar was surveyed.
    • The counter is located to the right hand side, after entering.
    • There is step-free level access to the counter.
    • The height of the counter is 104cm.
    • There is not a lowered section at the counter.
  • Seating Area View
    • There is step-free level access throughout the seating area.
    • There is some room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
    • There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
    • Seating available in this area includes: chairs without armrests and high stools.
    • Furniture available in this area includes: tables.
    • There is background noise in this area which varies depending on the function/event .

Standard Toilet Facilities

  • The male and female standard toilet facilities were surveyed.
  • The toilets are located to the left hand side of the pavilion bar.
  • The most accessible route has step-free level access.
  • There is step-free level access into the toilets.
  • The door opens inwards.
  • The width of the door opening is 70cm.
  • There is a wash basin, a soap dispenser and a hand dryer available.
  • The wash basin has a lever mixer tap.

Outdoor Spaces

  • Additional facilities in this area include: a small patio area where additional seating can be provided, on request .
  • Outdoor areas consist of paving slabs and grass.
