- Staff receive the following training: Mental Health Awareness and Disability Awareness.
- Guests can download the Touchstay app onto their phone or computer for information on the property. The welcome sheet is printed on yellow paper for people with dyslexia.

The hob is 92cm from the floor.
The oven is at a suitable height for a wheelchair user.

Facilities within the kitchen include a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washer dryer, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.
