Parking
- The car park is located in the main courtyard with overflow and extra spaces near to the cottages.
- The car park is open air/surface.

Entrance
- This entrance is located at the far end of the barn.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- There is a single manual door at this entrance.
- The door is permanently held open.
- The width of the opening is 92cm.
- There is step-free access via slope as you enter.
- The facility has doors at both ends. There is a wider, manual door that can be used if required, at an alternative entrance with a steeper slope.
Room (The Out Barn)
- The room is located at the rear of the venue.
- The most accessible route to the room has step-free level access, ramps or slopes and uneven surfaces.
- There is written text signage on or near the door.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.
- Seating available in the room includes: chairs with armrests, chairs without armrests, benches and high stools.
- Furniture available in the room includes: tables and long tables.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There is background noise in this area which varies depending on the function/event .
Seating Area (External)
- The seating area is located outside of The Out Barn.
- The seating area is uncovered.
- The most accessible route to the seating area has step-free level access and uneven surfaces.
- There is step-free level access throughout the seating area.
- There is room for a wheelchair user to manoeuvre (150cm x 150cm).
- There is space for an assistance dog to rest.

Standard Toilet Facilities

- The toilets are located near the Glamping Huts.
