Entrance
- This entrance is located on Tipton Road.

- The doors open by sliding.

Reception
- The reception is located to the right hand side when entering the conference centre.
- The distance from the entrance is 35m.
- There is step-free access via ramp to reception.

- The ramp is over 150cm wide with handrails on both sides.
- The ramp bypasses the step.
- There are 3 steps with handrails on both sides.
- The handrails are easy to grip.
- The handrails cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.

- The height of the steps is not between 15cm and 18cm.
- The height of the highest step is 11cm.
