- Elms Farm Cottages is a collection of self-catering cottages in the heart of rural Lincolnshire. This is one of ten cottages on site and can be connected to Beech Cottage and Walnut Cottage.
- There are 2 bedrooms in total.
- There is step-free level access to all bedrooms.
- Dogs are welcomed at this venue.
- Shared facilities include: a laundry room.
- Dogs are welcomed at this venue, however, two of the cottages are reserved for assistance dogs only.

- Additional equipment which can be borrowed or hired includes: shower stools and seats, perching stool, bed rails, wake and shake alarm clock, personal alarm and an electric riser recliner seat.

- The hob is 90cm from the floor.

- The sink has a lever tap.
- Facilities within the kitchen include a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster.

Outdoor Spaces (Courtyard Garden, Communal Areas and BBQ Dining Lodge)

- The following is available in this area: access to all the lawns and gardens, level access to the wildflower meadow via the car park, adapted picnic tables for wheelchair users and access to the grass field and wildlife lakes.

Playground

- There is a play area with an access point over 100cm wide.

- The following play experiences are available: swinging, sliding, rocking, rotating, climbing, balancing, crawling and viewing.
- The BBQ Dining Lodge is a communal facility that can be booked by guests. It has a pizza oven and is located next to the BBQ area with a range of seating options.
