Getting To The Hospital

  • By Road View
    • Epsom Hospital is located on Dorking Road (A24) to the south of Epsom. The postcode to use for the Sat-Nav is KT18 7EG. From the south, Epsom Hospital can be accessed via the A423 and Dorking Road (A24) from junction 9 of the M25. From the north, Epsom Hospital can be accessed via Dorking Road (A24) from the town centre.
    • The car park for visitors and patients is located on the left hand side of the hospital. Charges apply for Blue Badge holders in this car park. Free additional parking bays for Blue Badge holders are located at the front of the hospital.
  • By Bus View
    • A number of bus routes serve Epsom Hospital: E5: Langley Vale - Epsom - Watersedge (departs approximately every half hour from Epsom Clock Tower. The service only runs past the hospital every two hours). 166: Epsom Hospital - Epsom - Banstead - West Croydon (hourly Monday to Saturday, no service on Sunday). 293: Epsom Hospital - Epsom - North Cheam - Morden (every 20 - 30 minutes). 408: Epsom - Ashtead - Leatherhead – Cobham (approximately every hour Monday to Friday). 479: Epsom - Ashtead - Leatherhead – Guildford (every 30 minutes). To travel by bus from St Helier Hospital to Epsom Hospital, take the 157 bus from St Helier Hospital to Morden. From Morden you can take the 293 to Epsom Hospital. Alternatively, you can take the 80 or 280 from Rosehill roundabout to Sutton Station and then catch the S2 from Epson Town Centre. The H1 bus service connects St Helier and Epsom hospitals. For the standard fare of £1.50 (cash or contactless card, not oyster), patients and visitors to the hospitals can now hop on the H1 bus, which stops at Epsom Hospital, the Rainbow Leisure Centre on East Street, Sutton Hospital and St Helier Hospital. The service also offers concessions with children being allowed on for half price (75p) and concessionary pass holders allowed to board for free after 9.30am.

    • The closest station is Epsom which is approximately 0.8 mile from the hospital. There are direct services to Epsom station from London Waterloo, London Victoria, Sutton, West Croydon and Dorking. Epsom Hospital is a 15-20 minute walk or a short taxi ride.

  • There is a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) at the hospital.
  • The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is located on the ground floor of Block A.

Getting To (Maternity (Simon Stewart) and The Birth Centre)

You will require assistance from a member of staff to use their ID card to grant access to the second floor by lift. The lifts opens directly into the Maternity Unit.
  • There is step free access, via lift, to Maternity (Simon Stewart) and The Birth Centre.
  • Maternity (Simon Stewart) and The Birth Centre is approximately 35m from the Main Entrance.
