- This route passes along Putney High Street, Putney Bridge and through Bishops Park.
- The approximate distance of this route is 1.9km.
- The route takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
- The majority of paths along the route consist of tarmac and flagstone paving.
- There is step-free access throughout this route.
- The potential hazards on this route include; congested pathways and uneven surfaces.
Putney Station
- There is step-free access between the platforms and the station entrance.
- There are no accessible toilets are available within the station.
- There is step-free access when exiting the station.
Putney Station to Putney High Street Pedestrian Crossing
- After exiting the station turn right onto Putney High Street.
- Follow the path for approximately 40m until you reach Putney High Street pedestrian crossing.
- There is a long slight slope along the path.
- The surface of the path consists of block paving and concrete tiles.
- The path may be congested on matchdays.
Putney High Street Pedestrian Crossing
- Putney High Street pedestrian crossing has dropped kerbs with tactile paving on both sides.
- There are visual indicators available at this crossing.
- The visual signals are activated via push buttons.
- There are rotating cones located at the base of the push button boxes to indicate when it is safe to cross.
- Traffic comes from both directions.
- After completing the crossing turn right and continue along Putney High Street.
Putney High Street Pedestrian Crossing to Lower Richmond Road Pedestrian Crossing
- After completing the crossing turn right and continue along Putney High Street.
- Follow the path for approximately 550m until you reach Lower Richmond Road pedestrian crossing.
- There is step-free access along Putney High Street.
- There is a long slight slope along the path.
- The surface of the path consists of concrete tiles.
- The path crosses Norroy Road, Chelverton Road, Lacy Road and Felsham Road.
- The Norroy Road crossing has dropped kerbs with tactile paving.
- The Chelverton Road crossing has dropped kerbs with tactile paving.
- There are also visual indicators available at this crossing.
- The Lacy Road crossing has dropped kerbs with tactile paving.
- There are also visual indicators available at this crossing.

Lower Richmond Road Pedestrian Crossing
- The Lower Richmond Road pedestrian crossing has dropped kerbs with tactile paving on both sides.

- There are rotating cones located at the base of the push button boxes to indicate when it is safe to cross.
- There is a central island in the centre of the crossing.
- At the first crossing the traffic is coming from your right.
- At the second crossing the traffic is coming from you left.
- After completing the crossing turn right and continue onto Putney Bridge.
Lower Richmond Road Pedestrian Crossing to Bishops Park via Putney Bridge
- After completing the crossing turn right and follow the path to Putney Bridge.
- There is a slight slope leading from Lower Richmond Road to Putney Bridge.
- There is step-free access along Putney Bridge.
- The surface of the path along the bridge consists of block paving and concrete tiles.
- Follow the path along Putney Bridge for approximately 315m until you reach the turning into Bishops Park.
- Follow the path leading up to the entrance to the park.
- There is slight slope along the path.
Bishops Park to the Outer Concourse (Stevenage Road)
- After the main park gates follow the path for approximately 400m.
- There are two paths along this section of the route.
- The main path has a tarmac surface with occasional speed bumps.
- The alternative path is unsurfaced and has step-free access.
- The alternative path may not be suitable for wheelchair users in bad weather.
- After reaching the end of both paths follow the main path as it bears right.
- Follow the paths through Bishops Park.
- The path to the left goes through the Bishops Park events area and bears right re-joining the main path.
- The path straight ahead goes past the Bishops Park Tea Room and bears left re-joining the main path.
- Both paths have a tarmac surface and have step-free access.
- Both paths are approximately 140m long.
- Where the two paths join there are public toilet facilities available.
- The public toilet facilities contain accessible and standard toilets.
- Follow the main path for approximately 300m until you reach the exit from Bishops Park to Stevenage Road.
- There is step-free access throughout Bishops Park.
- After joining Stevenage Road turn left and follow the path towards the stadium.
- On matchdays the paths may be congested.
Outer Concourse (Stevenage Road)
- There is step-free access along the concourse.
The surface along the concourse varies between block paving, concrete tiles and tarmac. - There are food and drink stands along Stevenage Road.
There are programme stalls along Stevenage Road. - On matchdays there is a traffic exclusion zone along Stevenage Road before, during and after kick-off.
- Clear directional signage is not provided on the concourse.
- There is not a stadium plan/map on the concourse.
- There is a steward/member of staff available for assistance on match days.
